Friday, June 21 - Sunday, June 23: Our weekend package includes tickets to all à la carte events, as well as a day in the field on Saturday. The daytime field trip on Saturday, June 22 promises a closer look at sustainable fishing and the close-knit community of fishermen and women, purveyors and chefs. The field trip includes breakfast and lunch and transportation to and from Portland. This is the perfect deeper dive into the world of sustainable seafood and a complementary experience to the culinary events on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
