Sheila Bowman from Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program will moderate a conversation centered around the future of this treasured fish. Joined by Chefs Vitaly Paley and Ned Bell, Chef Ambassador for International Year of the Salmon, the engaging conversation will preface a special sustainable brunch prepared by Chefs Sarah Schafer (Irving Street Kitchen, Portland), Maya Lovelace (Yonder, Portland), and Ned Bell (Vancouver, Canada).
