Sunday, June 23, 10 am: Celebrating the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic fish, the closing event on Sunday, June 23 includes a conversation with a world-renowned panel and a brunch prepared by some of Portland’s top culinary talent.

Sheila Bowman from Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program will moderate a conversation centered around the future of this treasured fish. Joined by Garry Morlock, the Wild Salmon Manager at Pacific Seafood, Jill Kauffman Johnson, Head of Global Market Development for Algae Ingredients at Corbion and Ned Bell, Chef Ambassador for International Year of the Salmon, the engaging conversation will coincide with a special sustainable brunch prepared by Chefs Sarah Schafer (Irving Street Kitchen, Portland), Maya Lovelace (Yonder, Portland), and Ned Bell (Vancouver, Canada).

The morning kicks off with a reception, followed by the panel discussion and a multiple-course brunch with accompanying wines from Argyle, a Salmon Safe-certified winery. Don’t miss this incredible Sunday morning in Portland! Tickets include all food, drink and gratuity.
