Saturday, June 22, 6 pm: Six Pacific Northwest chefs will converge on Headwaters on Saturday, June 22 for a special dinner centered around the local and sustainable bounty of our oceans. Zoi Antonitsas (Little Fish, Seattle), Ryan Roadhouse (Nogoduro, Portland), Gregory Gourdet (Departure, Portland), Jacob Harth (Erizo, Portland), Luis Cabanas (Paley’s Place, Portland), and Megan Jeans (Headwaters, Portland) will each prepare a course for this exciting, collaborative dinner, paired alongside local libations.

This special evening starts with a welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail, followed by a six-course dinner with beverage pairings. Tickets are limited and include all food, drink, and gratuity.
