Join us at Headwaters on Friday, August 16th at 6:30pm and Thursday, August 29th for a unique opportunity to try several different species of Pacific Northwest Salmon.

Get to know the subtle differences of Coho, Sockeye and King as we prepare each fish side by side in a four-course meal. Learn about their seasonality, where they're coming from and where they're going.

Thoughtful wine selections are being represented by Geoff Hall the Vineyard Manager from Argyle Wines, a Salmon-Safe Winery.
