"Headwaters is celebrating Mother’s Day for the first time this year with two options—à la carte dining in the Headwaters dining room, and a grand buffet upstairs in the Heathman Hotel. Headwater’s brunch includes a dungeness crab omelet, croque madame, french toast Stuffed with meyer lemon ricotta, and Khachapuri, a Georgian cheese flatbread with a soft egg. A selection of Headwaters favorites will be highlighted at the buffet, including a variety of items from the sea bar, a selection of artisan cheeses, a charcuterie plate, carving stations, an omelet station, and a savory buffet including eggs benedict, french toast, and fresh steelhead salmon, as well as a dessert bar filled with treats."
